Ingrid

Ingrid is an independent consultant and coach immersed in Bay Area economic empowerment and community development for almost two decades and brings extensive consulting experience in education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable economic development. This is combined with a 20-year track record of designing, executing, and evolving participant-centered learning experiences in numerous contexts. Ingrid’s work increasingly focuses on deep system change and the value of meaningful relationships to create and strengthen the conditions for all members of society to thrive in ways that are regenerative and participatory. Ingrid has held multiple executive roles in the nonprofit context. In addition to working in the education, workforce, and housing sectors, Ingrid is also a certified Executive Coach.  

Aside from the joy she gets from supporting organizations and their leaders, Ingrid loves being a mom, gardening, crafting, stargazing, and squirrels.
